Penalty Challenge is effectively two soccer-themed games in a single bundle. The first game involves taking penalties; the second involves saving them. Start by picking a country and then a game. From there, alternate between outfielder and goalie as you run through the classic penalty shootout format.

Then the player of that goal will put a goalkeeper card face up showing their move to stop the penalty. Then, the shooter will reveal their card showing the ball direction. If the goalkeeper guesses it correctly (left, middle or right) they can put gloves chips (1, 2 or 3 gloves as their capacity) to block the circles.
