Some jumpscares are found in the film too, usually accompanied with a loud sound effect and terrifying music. This is a very suspenseful and scary movie, with multiple nightmarish sequences and a number of graphic death scenes. The ending is very startling and terrifying.

Very graphic and disturbing. Killings are gruesome and very bloody, however they are totally outdated to today's standards. In the film's most iconic sequence, a woman's face is smashed through a window, before she is stabbed several times from a distance.
