Photos: Mouse over to see caption; Click to enlarge Titles: Underlined titles link to corresponding journal entries Potosi: Cute miner - town that we both liked a lot. Highest altitude city of its size in the world (over 12,000 feet). Walking up any small hill will start you breathing hard
Sucre: The other capital of Bolivia (they have two capitals) and also known as the "white city" although our pictures don't show it too well. This is also where we went to see the tracks left by dinosaurs.
La Paz: We didn't get many pictures of La Paz because we really didn't like it that much (and you don't take cameras to the markets there). We did find the canyon that La Paz is built in to be very beautiful; but it is tough to capture on film. We also got caught in a miner parade/ demonstration - they were setting of explosives to make sure people paid attention.
