for a long time i was classified as a vip customer..
but during a vacation trip i had no access 🗝 to my account for a week and the company
freely and spontaneously removed the vip from my account without explanation... 🗝 i tried
to look for an explanation and i got it. .for having been without activity for a few
weeks 🗝 they will remove the vip.. and until now I have never been able to recover it...
