Penalty Challenge is effectively two soccer-themed games in a single bundle. The first game involves taking penalties; the second involves saving them. Start by picking a country and then a game. From there, alternate between outfielder and goalie as you run through the classic penalty shootout format.

Then the player of that goal will put a goalkeeper card face up showing their move to stop the penalty. Then, the shooter will reveal their card showing the ball direction.
