There is one main difference between European roulette and American roulette. The latter has 38 pockets and two zeros 0 and 00 whereas in European roulette, the wheel has 37 pockets and just one zero. The sequence of the numbers on a European roulette wheel is also different.
What is American roulette? The American roulette wheel has some key differences to the standard wheel you see throughout casinos in Europe and the UK, with 38 numbers (1 to 36 plus 0 and 00).
